Some stories do not happen everyday, and yet.... Are the stories of today!

It was the year 2000, when I first thought about writing this novel. The subject was unique, yet not easily acceptable in our society. After "Bus…Tum Ko Paana Hai", the expectations of my readers have become too much, let's see if I satisfy them completely or not. But again, do send your precious criticism, expensive appreciation. Feel free to point out about any error, mistake or fault. Any comments, suggestions and feedback would be very much welcomed. However do remember that, although I wrote this book in English, I can not even nearly express myself in English as I can do with Urdu.

Do you know the first name I choosed for this novel was…
"Aisa bhi Kabhi Hota hai". Yes, At first I wanted to give this name to my novel but later, I decided "Hijaab Waali" was better and 'influential'. What do you think?

Central idea, plot and theme: -

A controversial story of a forbidden love.

It's not easy to present such subject because either most people find it boring or many would find it rather irritating. So, it was my plan to present the plot in a 'glamorized', attractive way, which could suit all minds and hearts. I'd want my readers to read this novel without wearing spectacles of 'prejudice" or offense. Yes, it certainly needs an open-eyed reading with open heart and broad vision. I have not violated anyone's rights in any way. I have just presented the 'truth' in the best fictitious form possible.

Broadly speaking it's an every-day story of our common life, yet it is very 'rare' in some specific aspects. "Love marriages" and family disturbances, as a result of them, are increasing day by day. Revolt of lovers against society rules and parents, and parents' objection against such marriages have become increasingly common now days. You will find all such things in this story. But unlike others, I took it as my duty just not to present such social problems only but at the same time I proposed my personal opinion about the solution of such disputes.

At first glance, you may think that the title tells the whole story but it's an unpredictable story in many ways. As the plot progresses many readers would begin to think about next proceedings of the story like "this and that will happen" but let me assure you, it's "Hijaab Waali" story, covered, hidden and unrevealed. You'd need to get a laser mind before making any 'guesses'.

Hold your breath... the epic of the year is about to unfold

Poetry: -
It's one of its kind books. It's a poetic epic. At every turn you will find luxurious treasures of poetry and quotes to remember. I selected the finest blend of romantic and social poetry of modern times. At many places you will find lots of stanzas, poetry both in English and Urdu which doesn't let anyone get bored and yet it doesn't spoil the main tempo of the story. Running with the 'ups and downs, and twists and turns of the novel, are numerous poems which many of you may find more than interesting. My own favorites are

"Zameen par hai magar Aasmaan jaisi hai" (The title one)

And

"Thank you" (a really nice one)

Research: -
The creation of 'Hijaab Waali' was not an easy task. It took an extensive research of about two years to present this novel in its real form. Proofs are there, logic is behind every statement. Thanks to AhleBait's School of Islam (ASI) for their resources and items.

The Greatest Pain in Life, Is Not To Die, But To Be Forgotten.

Dialogues: -
I never ever put such a heavy effort on creating meaningful dialogues like I did for "Hijaab Waali". I won't want any reader to miss 'any' of the word and statement. Every sentence, every phrase is worth reading and has been formed as a result of my day-and-night studies, reading, thinking, imagination and continuos hard work.

Love is a journey… not a destination

The Hero: -
For the first time, readers would come across with some really mature, "intellectual" philosopher-cum-poet hero. Yes, he is not the typical 'hunk'. He has nothing to do with what common guys of the present age normally do. What else does he do then? You'll find out as soon as you begin to read this story.

Without fright, she will fight for her right!

The Heroin: -
Komal is from Great Britain. She is sensual, feminine and modern in many ways. Coming from London area, she has not lost her love for her motherland. She is emotional, sentimental and does know how to protest when its comes to 'violation'. As yet, few readers used to complain that I don't write much about the 'faults and weaknesses' of the people (especially girls) living with in Pakistan. I hope this novel will clear any doubts from their minds.

Is it possible to fall in love twice?

Clothing:-
Characters wear a wide range of gender-respective clothing. The combinations have been fabulous. These choices of outfits vary according to the occasion, age, place and the personality. Modern dresses are there, eastern and western cloths are present in widest variety possible.

It's all about our family values, culture, customs and tradition

The wedding, functions, parties: -
With all the colorful details, you'd be able to explore the typical property of my writings. That is, I always want to present our heritage, our culture and traditions in real and 'genuine' form possible. Again, you'd have a pleasure of enjoying such gatherings to their fullest.

Enjoy the heart-throbbing, mind-blowing arguments,

Attend the 'typical' traditional Pakistani weddings

Experience the passionate romance and feel the extremes of ecstatic sentiments…

ALL IN….
